How it Works
1) The child’s parent/caregiver will need to get a physician referral (prescription) requesting “Occupational or Speech Therapy to evaluate and treat” at “The Play Lab”.
2) It should include the medical diagnosis.
3) Typically the physician will fax a copy of the referral to The Play Lab. They may also give it directly to the parents to deliver to The Play Lab offices
4) At that point The Play Lab staff will contact the parent to confirm the order and to schedule an appointment for an evaluation
