Audie Ewing

Audie is one of our Front Office Staff. She is a native of Deming, N.M, and lived there for most of her life. During her time there she worked for Deming Public Schools for 13 years. During this time, she was a special education instructional assistant, and the manager of the school computer lab. She moved to Las Cruces about 17 years ago and worked in varying capacities in the long-term care field for 14 years. I love working at The Play Lab. I feel like I am making a difference in the lives of everyone I meet here. Children are our future; we need to help them succeed in life!

I love to hang out with my husband, kids, and grandkids and my dog. I enjoy target sports and I love to cook and preserve my famous Salsa and Red Chile sauce.

Erika Ramos

As one of The Play Labs receptionists, Erika gets the opportunity to meet many great people. Erika is a Las Cruces native. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two wonderful children whether it is riding the go-kart or going to the movies. She also enjoys volunteering in her husband’s student ministry.

Joyce Rodriguez

Joyce is the intake coordinator at The Play Lab.

"I was born in Las Cruces, NM but lived in Vado, NM for the first 10-11 years of my life. I then moved back to Las Cruces and have lived here since. I attended Onate High School and played soccer during my junior year. In my free time I like to spend time with my family, we like to do outdoor activities like hiking and camping. We also love to have our Friday movie nights at home! One thing that I love the most about my job is the way that The Play Lab is constantly trying to find ways to help not only their patients but the whole family by providing resources and tools for them to take back home to be successful. I love helping people, and knowing that my workplace is able to provide these amazing services makes me happy! And truthfully, I come in every morning excited to work and get these kiddos and adults into our office to get them the help they need to be the very best that they can be in their lives!"
